Any areas to steer clear of when looking to purchase? Any feedback on primary schools?

The Beleura Hill area is a very beautiful and a very exclusive pocket. Anywhere near Main St is also very desirable (especially closer to the beach). There is really no place not to live in Mornington. Every area offers a different way of living in terms of block sizes, house sizes and proximity to amenities. It really depends on the individual :)
