Mitford St

"Perfect location"

Ideal location. Far enough removed from the hustle of Acland street that it's nice and quiet but about a 3 minute walk when you want to get amongst it to the restaurants, cafes and bars of Acland street. Also less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, the st Kilda botanical gardens and the peanut farm doggie park. It's been a dream for working from home over lockdown. We often take a stroll down to Acland st or to Elwood village at lunchtime to pick up a sandwich. Lots of young families, couple and singles about.

Thats a great review of Mitford Street St Kilda. Can I ask how far walk is it to Balaclava Station?

Hughenden Road

"Very safe and quiet"

Great location for public transport. A little far from Balaclava but there's a small village on Ormond road with a really well stocked Woolies and BWS. Really close to Dandenong road for public transport. Very quiet and safe area. Street parking pretty difficult past 6pm.

St Kilda

"Fantastic location"

Been living in st kilda since the beginning of the year and it's been fantastic. Love the buzz around the beach and Acland street. It's perfectly located so close to the city, beach and chapel Street. So many food and cafe options within walking distance.I love it here!

Did you know that Mitford street used to have a tram that went down the middle of it?
