The Monash freeway can get fairly busy, but having the lake and a huge range of amenities close by make it all worth it.

Grange road is extremely busy. Try find a property with double glazing, you’ll regret it if you don’t.

As most houses are approaching 30+ years you hear renovation saws, drilling, hammering 7 days a week. Would be a peaceful neighbourhood if it wasn’t for the constant noise pollution.
