I've lived in St Kilda for 25 years and it's great to see things getting back to normal. Acland St felt much safer when the backpackers weren't allowed into the country. There are still empty shops around, but the St Kilda vibe is coming back. So many great little bars & restaurants. There is nowhere else in Melb I would want to live.
