Would some please be able to give any feedback on the new houses/streets in the Bluestone Estate

Specially near the Butler grove and the Aldridge streets?

Bluestone is still a relatively new area, parts are already well established but still much more development to come. The new railway station is well on its way and there are already wells established shopping precincts in the area. Good for young families and entry into housing market. House and land package deals still available for around the $300k mark with plenty on offer by a number of vendors. Capital growth will be slow due to ongoing land releases and further development. Buy with long term view and you should be happy.

Hi Peter, I recently saw an house on Butler street, Wyndhamvale in the bluestone estate. however on entering the estate, it seemed pretty old. except for a couple of streets with some new houses. Saw many people who looked/seemed like trouble makers? Could I ask, as the house i saw was 3 yrs old and is in midst of all old properties, would it be a good buy? Thanks for your help.
