If you are currently on the lookout for the ideal suburb for you and your family to move to, then you should check these out. I know from experience it can be hard to find the place that has everything. So these are worth your consideration.
Tea Tree Gully - $379,000 1%
When I was looking at suburbs in Adelaide, I needed to make sure it has everything me and my family need. Tea Tree Gully has all of that. Less than a thirty minute drive and you are in the city, close proximity to the hospital, Westfields shopping center and some of the best schools Adelaide has to offer. With an affordable median price, it's not hard to see why I was so keen to check it out.
Blackwood - $500,000 2%
I found this to be a great suburb if you dont like venturing far from home. Blackwood has everything you need. From primary schools to universities, education is sorted. I found the hill views to be amazing and a great way to get some exercise.
Lobethal - 353,000
Or Valley of Praise as it is known by, is a lovely family orientated suburb northeast of Adelaide. It is very obvious why this place is so popular with families. With its two week long Light Festival which takes place over Christmas and its large plots of green space for everyone to enjoy. I found the schools to be fantastic and a great chance to spot a Koalas!

Modbury & Golden Grove are also two more great areas for families.
Definitely worth doing some research into them.

Ohalloran Hill- Median 3 bedroom house price is about $350k, it has good shopping options, restaurants, close to the beach and McLaren Vale wine country is just 20 mins drive, also has good parks.
