"A perfect Street, quiet, great neighbours. Great location. Good Value."
I have lived here for 40 years and I think it is a great place to live. Brandon Park shopping is nearby. Glen Shopping is not far from here and the train station is nearby. There is little need to ever travel to the city as Chadstone is 10 minutes away. Property values are high and we have a Police station not far away. Home security is very good and Neighbourhood Watch is active in this area. No noisy parties anymore.
The Court is occupied by Sandy and Chrissy, Robert and Pat, Peter and Cath, Geoff and Pam, Terry and Karen and No. 5 is occupied by Rosanna and Husband.
The Court is tree lined, well serviced and in all a great place to live.
