Reviews of Aintree, VIC
"Great suburb to raise your family"
Aintree, a beautifully master-planned community, is an exceptional suburb in Melbourne’s west. While my family has been living here for the past four years, this is my second visit from India, and I’m once again amazed by everything this suburb has to offer.
**Sense of Community**
Aintree’s community spirit is truly unique. From the moment I arrived, I found everyone to be warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The cultural activities and events held here are simply outstanding. I had the chance to attend some during my visit, and they brought together people from all walks of life, celebrating diversity and fostering a true sense of belonging.
**Parks and Recreation**
The suburb’s green spaces are a highlight, with 17 beautifully maintained parks and a dedicated dog park. These open areas are perfect for families to relax, children to play, and neighbors to connect. Aintree’s commitment to outdoor living makes it feel vibrant and inviting.
**Education**
Aintree is especially appealing for families, with access to excellent schools and educational facilities, including:
- **Aintree Primary School**
- **Bacchus Marsh Grammar School**
- **Dharra School**
- **Yarrabing Secondary College**
- **Two early childhood centres**
Having these educational options so close by is incredibly convenient, making the suburb ideal for families with children of all ages.
**Amenities and Future Developments**
The well-designed Woodlea Town Centre adds a great level of convenience, offering everything from groceries to cafes and specialty shops. Future developments, including a major town centre and a new community park with two soccer fields, promise to make Aintree even better in the coming years.
**Accessibility**
With easy freeway access, commuting to other parts of Melbourne is straightforward, adding to the suburb’s appeal.
During my visits, I’ve seen why my family loves living here. The thoughtful planning, vibrant community events, excellent schools, and welcoming atmosphere make Aintree a fantastic place to call home. It’s a suburb where people truly care about their neighbors and take pride in their community.

"Simply superb community"
Aintree is a standout master-planned community developed by Mirvac, known for their exceptional reputation and attention to detail. After living here for the past four years, we can confidently say this suburb offers a wonderful sense of community and a high quality of life.
One of the key highlights is the abundance of green spaces, with 17 active parks and a dedicated dog park for furry friends. The parks and streets are impeccably maintained, making them a pleasure to enjoy for outdoor activities, family picnics, or casual strolls.
The convenience of having the Woodlea Town Centre nearby cannot be overstated. This well-designed shopping center caters to all daily needs, from groceries to cafes, with thoughtful planning that complements the suburb's aesthetic.
Community events and activities are another standout feature. The developers consistently go above and beyond, organizing engaging events such as the recent Santa Parade, which brought the entire community together in a festive celebration. These events foster a true sense of belonging, making Woodlea feel like more than just a place to live.
Accessibility is another strong point, with easy access to the freeway and four active schools located just steps away, making it ideal for families. Looking ahead, the suburb’s growth is exciting, with a major town center and a new community park featuring two soccer fields planned for the near future.
Woodlea's thoughtful design and strong focus on community are a testament to Mirvac’s expertise. It’s a suburb that offers a balanced lifestyle, blending convenience, natural beauty, and a welcoming environment. We truly love calling Woodlea our home.

"Master planned"
Great place to raise young kids. Has public primary school, has high school, grammar school, coles, medical centre, great great parks, safe and easy access to the freeway.
"Awful, sterile neighbourhood with terrible neighbours"
Regret moving here. Bland sterile houses with no trees, in the middle of nowhere out west. People who live here make Melton seem nice - constant queue cutting at Coles, no manners, rude and just downright unfriendly. More and more undesirable people moving in.

Sounds very biased. Are you from the Eastern suburbs? Go and live there first then you will appreciate the peace and manners of the western suburbs mate. You are a troll not a genuine Aintree dweller.
