"Fantastic Area"
Ashtonfield is so centrally located, being close to Greenhills shopping centre and an array of schools including Hunter Valley Grammar.
This area is ideal for staff going to be working at the new hospital as well as families looking to be located close to everything!

"Modern nice residential area"
Easy travel to Newcastle & Maitland. Easy travel to the University. Has good schools and shopping center.
People seems be very relaxed and you don’t see any trouble makers. More restaurants would be nice though.
