"Family feeling here in Ballater Street"
Positioned on the high side off Lincoln Road lots of family style period homes pretty more than grand with gardens to match. So close to everything. Mt Alexander Road main shopping precinct which is lined with palm trees and the tram. Coles supermarket also boutiques and neighbourly local food shopping. Excellent family living.

"A handy little spot..."
Ballater street is a great little family location and due to it not being a thoroughfare it stays very quiet too. It is also situated quite high so some homes can get some views also.
Best of all it is walking distance to Essendon North Village, St Thereses primary school, and much more.
The homes themselves are mainly period but some have been demolished to make way for some units and contemporary homes.
