The honest answer now is as its so close to Christmas there wont be a huge demand however once school goes back end Jan 2012 the demand will increase, its the higher priced properties that are suffering the most and a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home water views or not will attract strong interest as it will not be a higher end value home, my advice if you are selling wait until mid Feb 2012
