Reviews of Beaconsfield, WA
"Central Avenue"
There are some nice streets in Beaconsfield, but the area I lived in (South st/Central Avenue area) felt quite unsafe and run down. My car was broken into repeatedly, and had a windscreen smashed.
"Felt unsafe"
We live in Beaconsfield and are more needing to leave because someone threatened to kill our dog. I also had a run in with a couple that were fighting down the road and now that man has it out for me. I really wish I could stay because there was a park down the road for my dog, markets on every Sunday, a repair cafe near by, bulk food stores, and the beach was so close. I'll miss it. Hopefully if you move there you will have a nicer time.
Sorry, East side of Bruce Lee Oval/Park isn't great. West side seems much nicer. There is a street there that has there own Facebook group! But I don't know which street sorry.
On the East side I hear a lot of yelling and home made motors that are extremely loud haha
We have seen a property on the West side of the park, looks nice. Hope that it isnt an awful experience
West side is much nicer, to the east, totally different feel, almost like a different suburb. If you buy anywhere on the ridge it is beautiful, the houses are very different, more of the Federation 1900-1910 style houses like South Freo. Very different to the east side. Most of the issues on the east side are unfortunately due to a pocket of public housing which I believe they are looking to clear out in the next 5-10yrs.
Hi Jessica
I was thinking to move there....just to have a idea, what side of Beaconsfield are you living?
Thanks
