Good school , convenience and safe suburb to live especially young family with kid .

What a lovely visit... hidden away in quiet n pristine Bull creek is nestled Dreyer Way... enter off Sanderson and you find a tightly held 48 or so properties with all pretty much owner occupiers... 'Please dont tell anyone about this leafy great suburb and we found a great spot within this suburb on a secluded n peaceful piece of Bull Creek '.

Close to shops in parry ave, peace n quiet resonates down the street on a sunny afternoon , well presented mix of single n double storey homes and maintained gardens. Enjoy living in RHSZ and Oberthur Primary you cant go wrong! EASY ACCESS TO TRANSPORT , TENNIS COURTS , BMX TRACK( ONE OF A KIND) AND PARKS A FRESH WALK AWAY.

Great spot, Great family area, close to city and trains and shopping.

We've stayed in the vicinity of Darley Circle since 2013. We moved here to get close to Bull Creek Primary school and the Willetton High School. Little Jade loves school and loves playing at the huge park behind it. Older brother cycles to Willetton Senior High most days and seems keen (I'm hoping!) on studying Engineering at Murdoch Uni.
Unfortunately prices around these areas are still on the high side but you can find really good quality rentals. We're still Renting - Great Landlord!
The house we stay is around a kilometre to the Murdoch station so its a good short walk there if you don't want to park n ride - train station car parking gets pretty full in the morning so be quick!
Huge plus is that we've got a choice of Parry Ave IGA and Woolworths 5 mins away too! IGA seems to close later and opens on some public holidays I think. We always try to get the kids to walk and get the groceries - gets them moving and away from their screens.
Southlands, Melville, Kardinya Shopping Centres and Garden City at Booragoon are great for shopping but a bit further away.
If you're looking for a place in Bull Creek, I suggest the Rossmoyne/Willetton Senior High Catchment areas that's nearer towards the Bull Creek or Murdoch train station but a good distance from the Expressway and Leach Hwy as the noise and dust may be a bother. The other suburb that we were looking at previously was Bateman.

Other plus+:
- Great medical facilities around the area like Dental, Physio, etc.
- Fiona Stanley Hospital is pretty close, Dad rides the bike to work
- Wide roads
- Good access to Main Roads, South St & Leach Hwy
- Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the region
- Lots of sport facility choices
- So far loving the neighbourhood feel
- Houses generally on large blocks
- Short drive to Shelley Beach Park
- Great Primary and High Schools
- 15 mins drive to Perth City - 10 mins without the traffic!
- 30 to 35 mins Public Transport to Perth City on a typical morning weekday. Other times 25 mins!

The Not -:
- Weekday Morning, with the traffic jam, it will take 30-35mins to drive to Perth City
- Could do with more trees at parklands.
- Older but Quality homes are pricey
- Bunnings at High Road is lacking, Bunnings Melville is the one to go.
- The water dam at John Creaney Park is very sad


We've lived in Subiaco, Como, Belmont, Tuart Hill previously and can truly say Bull Creek is one of the best suburbs to be in.

Parks & Reserves are at John Creaney Park, Piney Lakes Reserve (Winthrop) & Burrendah Park (Willetton) with Medical facillties at St John of God Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Perfect Transport options which is Close to Kwinana Freeway between Leach Highway & South Street, a 20 Minute Drive down to Fremantle on either Leach Highway or South Street & a 25 Minute Drive to the Domestic & International Airports down either Roe Highway or Leach Highway & the Bull Creek & Murdoch Train Stations are not far.

Great Shopping avaliable at Garden City Booragoon (Featuring Western Australia's Best Myer Store & a David Jones Store), Stockland Bull Creek (Featuring Target & a Few Fast Food Outlets) & Southlands Boulevard (Featuring Coles, Woolworths, lots of Fast Food Outlets & a Cinema).

Do you want your kids to grow up in a good and friendly neighbourhood?
Do you want to live in a neighbourhood where people smile and greet you when you walk your dog / push your pram in the area?

Safety
Do you want to live in peace without worrying too much about your car / house get broken into?
Do you want to live in a safe suburb where you don't need to think twice before you let your kids out?

Education
Do you want your kids to go to a good school, mix with the right people, and have a bright future?
Top high schools in Perth:
- Public: Rossmoyne SHS, Willetton SHS, Leeming SHS.
- Private: All Saints College.

Sports
Do you want your kids to play healthy sports, with good facilities just nearby?
- Booragoon sports center (gym, swimming pool etc).

Have lived in Bull Creek since relocating a year ago, I love it. easy access to everywhere, good public transport and good schools. Awesome place for family.

Best schools in Perth - RSHS and WSHS. Leeming SHS is improving too. (Depending on which area of Bull Creek you live in)
Very safe. Good, friendly and helpful neighbours.
Easy access to Kwinana Fwy, Murdoch Train Station / Bull Creek Train Station. Only 12km from the CBD.
Easy access to healthcare facilities. Fiona Stanley Hospital is almost done.
Close to Murdoch University.
Low population density - Big parks, heaps of space for your kids. They can grow up in a healthy and friendly environment.
Great sporting facilities.
Shopping options are: Stockland Shopping Centre / Southland Shopping Centre.
