Where are the best grocery stores in Chinatown, Chicago?

There are some great grocery stores in Chinatown, but they're all Chinese, so if you're looking for something else you'll have to go elsewhere. You can find all kinds of produce, fish, sauces and other Asian staples. There are some really interesting things in these stores (well, interesting if you're not used to seeing them anyways). The two biggest are Hong Kong Market and Chinatown Market. But there are also lots of little places that have a good selection too.
