New Orleans to go (neworleanstogopoboys.com/) is in Springdale, but their truck also sells Cajun downtown. They tweet their daily locations.

Yes, there are a few. J. Gumbo's has a location on Walnut St. but also just opened one on Ludlow, on the main shopping strip. I've never eaten there but they sell bumblebee stew and $5 bowls of chili after a certain hour, both of which I'd like to try sometime soon. Pappadeux Seafood Kitchen in Springdale is pretty delicious, though, and is also rated highly online (27/30 recommendations on Google+). They sell dishes like dirty rice and sweet potato pecan pie (delicious), just to give you an idea. If neither of these interest you, you could also check out Allyn's Cafe on Columbia Parkway, known for their jambalaya, and/or the Knotty Pine Bar on Cheviot, which serves delicious dishes such as crawfish, grouper, gumbo, and, last but not least, FROG LEGS! Give it a go!
