Coogee Place, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207

Coogee Place is a cute little street, just off pier street. Located in Beacon Cove, the houses and gardens are very well maintained, and it's also little secluded as well. Houses do look the same however, and I would imagine that resale value would not be fantastic.

Location is great however, being only a short stroll from the beach, bay street, and all the pubs and clubs along beach street!
