Best place to buy in Craigieburn?

The areas surrounding Craigieburn Central, extended towards the Golf Course and Highlands areas are probably the best in terms of capital growth, rental yields, tenant/building quality, maintenance upkeep and convenience. The areas near the Craigieburn train station are the more dated pockets, and conversely the upper Northern and Western pockets are the new/developing pockets where land sizes are quite small and narrow in comparison.

the pockets around the golf course are probably the best. You will find most of the houses are well looked after and cul de sac streets around the golf course make it serene and quiet. Probably one of the best parts of Craigieburn.
