Iam a bit confused in finalising the investment on a property in suburb between Cranbourne west and Officer.
I am looking for property growth rate and also rental yield, a better place for renting out.
Could you please suggest me your opinion on this?

I've worked in both areas as far as rental yield Cranbourne is better for buying an investment.
