What is good about Richmond Estate area
Richmond Estate offers you a country lifestyle without compromise of the convenience of city living! Situated off Whitewood Road you can experience country living on a few areas with the convenience of town water, good roads and only a short distance into town. The kids have room to play, dad has space for his shed and mum gets to enjoy the tranquil living sitting on the verandah sipping on a glass of red watching the beautiful Dubbo sunset.

I've seen a lot of beautiful sunset shots from Richmond Estate! Personally I'd prefer one of the battleaxe blocks or something on one of the smaller streets as some homes are a bit exposed (or you could plant some big hedges!). Having said that though, it's really only local traffic so much more private than in town :)
