"A great family friendly street! You buy to settle down!"
This is a beautiful, calm Court. There are plenty of families and if you want to participate, you will be great friends with your neighbors. The children can happily ride their bikes on the street, and as parents you dont have to worry about their safety. If you buy here, you wont want to leave!
We just sold a property here for $1,061,000 with the owner moving back to their home town! What a purchase!

"Friendly and quiet street"
We’ve loved living on Dungannon court. All the neighbours are friendly and many have children. It’s safe for kids to ride their bikes and the neighbours don’t mind stopping for a chat. There is a small playground at the end of the street on Sam White Drive. Dungannon court offers spectacular sunsets and views of the hinterland. It’s been an amazing place to live.
