Reviews of Fairview Park, SA
"Country Feel, City Amenities - Great for Families, Retirees and Couples"
As country people moving to the city for the first time we were looking for somewhere that maintained good country values. We were also looking for something that was leafy green, friendly and somewhere where the houses were not all the same.
Fairview Park is where we bought and there has not been one moment since we signed the contract that we have questioned our purchase.
Fairview Park has great access to public transport(express to city), Fairview Green (large modern Foodland), Westfield Tea Tree Plaza , local schools and great open spaces.
If you are looking for a suburb with all of these attributes and many more you cannot go wrong with Fairview Park.

"Good facilities yet peaceful"
Fantastic suburb, nestled in the foothills, good access to shops , restaurants, even the golf club has a great restaurant. Its peaceful, and people lookout for each other without be nosey parkers. People are doing up their yards and the place is having money spent, the council recently embarked on paved footpaths and the parks are well maintained. A+++++

"Peaceful, safe place to live"
I have lived in Fairview Park my whole life, and wouldn't have it any other way. It is a peaceful suburb, where people are friendly, yet mind their own business when necessary.
With the new Fairview Green shops, it is also a very convenient position to be in - I find it to be a great help to have a shopping centre just up the road, for when I need that one ingredient for dinner!
The public transport is fantastic. The 541 and 542 can be easily accessed from anywhere within the suburb. Both these buses offer Express services to the city (Grenfell and Currie Street) during peak hours, and to the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange.
There are many parks around the area, making it ideal for dog owners and families with young children. However, Fairview Park is a decent home for anyone who wants to settle in.
