Fern Court, Werribee, VIC 3030

Fern Court is hidden away from the main roads so there isn't a lot of traffic noise. From here, you are within walking distance to President's Park and the paddocks around that area which are perfect off-lead dog areas along with walking/cycling paths.
The are buses that are not far (3 minute walk) although they are not extremely timely.
Manorvale Primary school is literally around the corner and Galvin Park Secondary is not far either... however other options such as Werribee Secondary or Bethany PS are also not far (5 to 10 minute car ride).
It a quite street but still close enough to everything that it's not too far out
