Hi Aartip, Highton, Waurn Ponds and Grovedale are all great places to live within close proximity to the Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni. If you're looking for walking distance, there is an area in Highton called the University Estate which is a hope skip and jump to the uni. There are many share houses in this area however so you might find extra traffic and noise. There are some lovely family homes in there too though.
