Report a hoon - it works!
Great to see the police acted on reports of hoons in Craigieburn. After calls from residents, police seized three cars (P platers) and arrested all three men.
We've had hoon doing burnouts in our area for a while, before you can catch their number plate they are gone (or the smoke is so thick you cant see it).
One thing worried me though - don't you think the kids might come looking for some revenge?

Hopefully you can catch them without them knowing who you are or where you live, though that's hard if they're on your street. I think reporting them is still the right thing to do.
