"It's green, quiet & beautiful."
Recently moved to greenmount, nice quiet place, friendly neighbours, great views of Perth, heaps of safe fun for the kids with the national park so close, good bush walks to be had!

"Friendly and beautiful suburb"
Greenmount is a beautiful suburb that has lots of trees and fresh air. Our street has really friendly neighbours. Kids play on the street together. The local public primary school has excellent teachers and is a wonderful, supportive environment. Major shops and a train station are close by in Midland which is convenient but you are away from all the hussle and bussle in Greenmount so it's a more peaceful environment.

Beautiful views to city ,peaceful ,great neighbours.
Away from the hussle and bussle of city but close enough to go anywhere
The birds are amazing ,good soil for growing with clay soil.
Walking distance to national park.
Local shops are great and we have the one of the best liquor stores in Perth.
Close to the Swan Valley ,Darlington ,Mundaring -picturesque
I nearly forgot the beautiful fresh air

I know its a peaceful suburb but I was just wondering if its safe to have a house in bushland. Isn't it a high risk area for bush fires?
