I generally do not like real estate agents , David did not conduct himself or behave like a typical one and acted in nice personable human manner , the main things I needed from my agent was
Transperency, accessibility , honesty and understanding.
I found David had all these traits.
Very happy with his service and his team who made every effort to ensure I left with a good taste in my mouth.
Would i use David again ?
Most certainly. An agent can be worth their weight in gold or time wasters.
I've met both and I have not got any negative feedback.
