Heavy alluvial bluegum loams with double frontage to the Kroombit Creek. Soils are suited to a variety of crops including lucerne, mung beans, chickpeas, sorghum and wheat.

Irrigation
2 centre pivot pads comprising 100* acres of irrigation, 1x60* acre pad and 1x40* acre pad.

Irrigation Allocation
170 megalitre irrigation allocation in Zone 3B of the Callide benefited ground water area, current announced allocation is 95%.

Grazing
Besides the irrigation paddocks there are 4 grazing paddocks, pastures of buffel, green panic, progardis, butterfly pea and para grass in the waterways.

Fencing
Fencing consists of predominately 4 barb split post fencing with steel corner assemblies in good condition. Small amount of new 3 barb and star picket fencing around pivot.

Cattle Yards
Portable panel cattle yards with drafting pound, vet crush and loading ramp.

Stock & Domestic Water
Bore equipped with electric submersible pump to 21,000* litre tank with pressure pump supplying troughs and garden taps.
Rainwater storage comprise 30,000* litre tank on the shed and 4,000* litre tank on stand at the house.
