Let's start with the land. It's definitely not in prime condition at the moment, at the end of such a long hot summer but there's still water in the dams. There are 5 dams in total, plus 3 seasonal creeks, with the land divided into 4 paddocks with magnificent old gums and more recently planted tree belts providing shade and shelter.
