The property is located approximately 13km to Woodend railway station (approximately 1 hour commute to Southern Cross station, Melbourne); 6km to Tylden (Fuel & General Store) and 11km to Trentham (popular Cafes & restaurants). The popular Pig & Whistle Hotel at Trentham East is 6km away. All services are available at Woodend.
The property offers good grazing on improved pastures with predominately grey loam soils. A small creek (Milking Yard Creek) flows through the Southeast corner of the property and provides a permanent water source. There are two small dams on the property. Fencing on the Southern and Eastern boundaries was replaced about 7 years ago and the Northern boundary fencing is in good condition.
