"Prime Location"
Located in West Marangaroo just off Giralt Road, Kent Road is opposite Cabrini Park and walking distance to loads of amenities: Marangaroo Primary School, Marangaroo Golf Course, public transport on Marangaroo Drive and Wanneroo Road and Newpark Shopping Centre. Great for families with some members that don't drive. I've know numerous families that have bought and sold on the street with very positive comments about their time here.
