Kincumber review
Hi, we are looking at moving to Kincumber and I have read some great reviews however I have also ready that School Street is a shady street and I am not sure as to whether that meant shady as in bad or shady as in lots of trees. Can someone please advise as this is the street I am currently looking at a property in. Also it backs onto Avoca Drive so not sure if that is a really busy rd (coming from Sydneys crazy roads) :)

Shady as in dodgy. A lot of Houso around there.
