"Best place to spot phone-zombies and Air BnB guests"
Fine if you want somewhere that's relatively cheap to rent and close to CBD workplaces. Loads of high rises going up so plenty to choose from. Street level gets clogged up with phone zombies and tourists parking their steamer-trunks in the thoroughfare. City council doesn't keep up with the street cleaning and bin emptying that's necessary in such a high-traffic location.
