My wife and I are looking at buying a block in Marian. Are there any gyms, and are there any coming?

Really like the blocks out there. Very keen to join your community

No gyms in the valley, all in town (as far as I know). There is a sports oval and bowls club near the mill, but limited public facilities and recreational areas in town. There are some nice recreational areas close by like Kinchant Dam and the upper Pioneer Valley rivers and creeks.
