The answer to that is found on the 3 year construction plan they release late last year. Melba, along with Page, scullin, spence, Macgregor, Charnwood, Dunlop etc. are all scheduled for "Q4-2016". I've been keeping a close eye on it to see if any delays are expected. I haven't found any yet. Hopefully we'll have it soon!!!
