"Central to Beaches, Shopping Centres, Cinemas & Schools. Access to Everything!"
I have lived in towns, on Farms, small acreage and now Minyama. This is the place to be! Im not moving ever again. Having tried all types of properties i realise that Minyama is the best of all worlds. Its a quite place with considerate neighbours in a central location to all amenities. There are bus stops near by, schools within walking and riding distance, a fantastic shopping centre and Cinema within a block.
Minyama is surrounded by water and has so many places to use your paddle boards, kayaks and boats. The thing i love the most apart from the proximity of water / beach and shopping, is the walking and riding tracks. Its all flat and easy to navigate to the restaurant strip of Mooloolaba by bike in a 15 minute ride.
Its an area that has a fair share of professionals and retired couples so its a fairly quite neighbourhood and i feel very safe here.
