Carseldine and Moggil has different atmosphere. I lived in both suburbs. if you look for calm, quite, safe, quality neighborhood Moggill is the place.
Moggill is located more higher ground than Carseldine. you can see the city from Moggill. More safe. and more shopping ... Rocklea market is much closer to Moggill.
Good Schools. Indooroopilly, towong as well. Pullenvale is very rich suburb.
