Nakara is the absolute best value for money in Darwin. It is an affluent A+ area, but still affordable as solid houses can be bought for 650-750k. Significantly more affordable than the premium million plus suburbs. And you can even walk to everywhere. Nakara primary is the top school in Darwin, great area for families with small kids.

Nakara is in an ideal location and can attract great yields, right next to the University and close enough to the hospital. It is an increasingly tightly held place, with only 5 sales in the last 6 months.

Walk to the biggest mall Casuarina, uni, beach, large bus interchange or hospital. This has to be the only suburb in Darwin in which a car is not a must.

Would not live anywhere else in Darwin. Absolutely lovin' it!
