Chris responded fast when I phoned and took the initiative in making sure he kept me up to date with all developments. With the open days his follow up with prospective purchasers likewise was fast, efficient and thorough and then when it got to negotiation, he ensured that he covered all bases and possible purchasers to ensure a good outcome. Having dealt with many agents over the years, there are very few this good - professional, smart, pleasant to deal with, and none of the typical "game playing" to manage vendor expectations. I recommend him unreservedly.
