Pulteney Street runs through the heart of Adelaide's CBD. It is home to a number of businesses, and also offers various options for high density apartment style living.

The location is very good, and great for professionals who are based in the CBD. You could be at your desk in minutes! The apartments here are also just a short walk from the main shopping strips of Adelaide (such as Rundle Mall or Rundle Street).

There are also some fantastic dining options nearby, such as the recently refurbished Wine Underground (just around the corner on Pirie Street) and Coopers Ale House (a popular pub and sports bar that pours excellent local beers and serves some of Adelaide's biggest schnitzels!).
