"Family friendly, and oh the Christmas lights!"
Take a walk down this street on an averadge day and it is quiet, serene and clean. Take a walk down it close to Christmas and you will find EVERY house has beautiful Christmas lights! You will run into people from 40 minutes away, people travel far to see these lights! So, if you are going to live here- be ready!
