Types of homes for Russel Island - tiny/transportable homes?
Hi everyone, I've been looking into property prices on the island, as I'm starting a tiny home build here in Melbourne and researching where we could transport it to, where to buy land, once all is completed (and post-covid).
Has anyone got any insight or experience with building or positioning tiny homes on the island? I see here that the council is universally considered a nightmare... so I'm curious about a planning vs building permit, and if my tiny home (on grid with off-grid capability) would have any issues being moved to the island?
