Work on Russell island.

Im planning on a sea change from Ballina island to russel island. Is there an opportunity for a business there? I upcycle , repair and restore timber furniture. I also teach classes on the same. And want to continue doing it if i can relocate to Russel island. Im happy living off mainland, the peace, tranquility, so dont need the mainland often. Im not concerned about mozzies or midgies, certain plants can help dispel them from house areas. Id rent there while i build Any suggestions or help much appreciated.
