Looking for a neighborhood with more ethnicity.
I would like to live in a Seattle neighborhood that has more ethnicity than less. Is there a neighborhood in Seattle that has a larger concentration of non-white people? I've heard Capital City.

Generally I'd say anything south - Columbia city, International district, rainier beach. University District right by UW is a diverse area as well.
