Im moving to Western Australia and trying to find a good safe suburb to move to.

I have a 5 year old son so need a good school nearby & need to be near the airport for my hubby's job. Looking to spend $500 a week on rent. Any recommendations where to move to and to avoid?

South Guildford is an excellent suburb. Close to airport. My husband and boys are all FIFO and only takes 10 mins to get to airport. Love living here, bonus having the river close by

My husband is FIFO and we rented in Rossmoyne and loved it! 17min to the airport, awesome schools and lovely suburb. It is a upper class area though we paid $500 per week for a very old 3x1, but on a big block opposite a park with lovely neighbors. We now own in Coogee which is nice but if I was to rent again I would jump at Rossmoyne. Even the river side to Shelley is good (next to Rossmoyne).

As you state you're moving to a massive land mass. An idea of where you'd wish to live would be more helpful

I take it you're looking at Perth Airport. So Belmont, Kewdale, Redcliffe & Cloverdale. Take your pick all much of a muchness.
