He's offered to provide a "price range". Nothing but a "price range". He's made mention of nothing else.

I assume if anyone applies for this "price range", they will not subsequently be provided with email after email after email seeking their business, offering "information", requesting more "details", offering "advice" etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. (unless these extras are requested of course). I suspect I'm correct with my assumption, so good on ya.

I'm sure he's 100% honest and upfront and NOT spruiking for business here under the guise of providing a "price range". That's wonderful, and thanks for providing such a service for those interested in the value of their property. Great!

One leaving Grafton is by far best street in the town of Grafton as it's full of not very nice people

Convent Hill area - close to Bridges Hill for young families. Amazing park.

Rickard Street was at it is a fairly wide Tree lined street with a good park for locals to take their children to play that is until they placed unnecessary speed humps everywhere or Majors Bay Road by far due to eateries, shops and night life

Ade St represent, best primary school at the end of the street. Tight street, not much trouble, except those Melbourne st gangstas!
