Reviews of Ashmont, NSW
"North Ashmont - great future prospects"
Although some are put off by the Ashmont name, "North Ashmont" is a fantastic suburb, it's a very quiet place to live, close to everything (shops, schools etc), friendly neighbours and no crime.
House prices are on the rise and interested investors would be extremely impressed with the rental returns.
At the moment house prices are affordable, you can get a quality house with huge backyards for under 280k, but in the next couple of years expect to pay a fair bit more.
I recommend North Ashmont to people new to the housing/investing market, those with families and anyone that wish to downsize their mortage.
Stop paying someone else's house off.
Well worth a look.

What part is north Ashmont, I have just been approved for a house ( moving unseen) into Adams street and although I feel really good about the move I have people researching the area and telling me otherwise ( I live 11 hours away from Wagga currently)
That is absolutely incorrect and misleading. I've lived in North Ashmont for 15 years. Not one single incident in our area. Yes one part of Ashmont is not great but the rest is filled with friendly hard-working people. Our area is quiet and great to raise a young family. I could name 3 suburbs worse in Wagga for crime and break ins than Ashmont.
