Reviews of Augustine Heights, QLD
"Great breeze up on the hill!"
Not often you can find a breezy place to live out this far west of Brisbane, but if anything Augustine Heights offers plenty of breeze up on the top section off Benezet Drive. Majority of the homes are of good size with larger bedrooms extra living spaces and often of higher quality inclusions.
Augustine Heights is closely located to local Woolworths Brookwater with Chemist, Bottleshop, Hair Dresser, Bakery and GREAT Sushi! Or there is a local IGA located just of Leon Capra Drive where you will also find Sushi! and a couple of other food outlets, Hair Dresser, Pool Shop and Bottleshop.
There are two popular prominent schools that often I hear recommended Saint Augustine College for Prep to year 12, and Augusta State School is Prep to year 6.

"Only 35 minutes from Brisbane"
Only 35 minute drive to Brisbane CBD or Airport. A suburb were you can still buy a beautiful newer home that would cost tens of thousands or more the closer you get to the city and for the same price usually only get older styles that need lots of work.
Everything here from Springfield shopping centre and Train station 5 minutes down the road with its cinema and restaurants, fantastic big new library and a great pub with live music. Schools and child care centers, Mater Hospital, University...basically a small city lifestyle in itself. With Brookwater Golf Course right next door.
