"Amazing small little community"
Great suburb to raise kids with all the parklands and lake in the Freshwater Estate - its super close to everything and the logan motorway so access to everywhere is quick and simple. House prices are very affordable and it consists of mainly owner-occupied homeowners - I owned a property in the estate and it was a great suburb.

"Exciting Master Planned Sustainable Community"
Berrinba is one of the most exciting suburbs in Logan City Council. Neighbouring the Multi-Million Dollar "Berrinba Wetlands" and "SouthWest 1" industrial park. There are 120 hectares of Wetlands that are protected with only 40 hectares of those being developed for the public. With fairly new homes in the "Freshwater"precint, this is the best of both worlds, nature and lifestyle. Come and check out the Wetlands where you can walk, jog or cycle to your hearts content, there's also toilets and BBQ facilities.
