Reviews of Beverly Hills, NSW
"Punching Above Its Weight"
Beverly Hills is a great area particularly for young families. It punches above its weight in terms of restaurant and entertainment offerings with a very multicultural spread of dining establishments as well as cafes, grocery shops, chemists and even a cinema.
There are multiple schools and parks in the area for such a small suburb and its central location makes it easy to get to most Sydney areas.

"Great quiet suburb with Food"
Beverly Hills is a great distance from the CBD and just far enough to be a good, quiet place to live.
With it's own park, cinema, restaurants strip, grocery store and many more.
Great place to settle down and start a family.

"Great Up and Coming suburb"
Beverly Hills is known for its strip of restaurants on King Georges Rd and its cinema.
The area has three primary schools and one high school. A very family-orientated suburb.
George’s River Council also has plans to expand the commercial strip and introducing more supermarkets, laneways & pedestrian only walking strips into the area.
I’ve lived in Beverly Hills for over 20 years (since I was 10). It’s where my childhood home is and I’m not proud to say that I’ve now found my own place here and am raising a family of my own.

"Known for it's trip of restaurants"
Been living here for more than 10 years, love it, caring neighbours and good restaurants to sample foods.
But don't drop your guard!!!
Common sense is to lock your cars, lock your gates, lock your garage and garden shed to prevent break and enters.

"Family Friendly Suburb"
Have lived here for 6 years (ex Penshurst). Quiet suburban streets (if you avoid noisy King Georges Rd, and Stoney Creek Rd). Generally civilised and peaceful area to live. (except for maybe King Georges Rd, late at night, which has the occasional issue). Good home security is a must, as with any suburb in Sydney nowadays. (i.e. opportunistic theft of unsecured household items left outside is known to occur). Can go for evening walks without being mugged. Suburb has seen decent capital gains in recent years. Within easy driving range of major shopping centres, train connections and schools. Overall, would certainly recommend for families.

"Nice area"
We haved lived here for the last 10 years and it is a good area as it is close to everything considering King Georges Rd and the M5 are both there. There is also a good train line and the airport is very close. There are primary and high schools, many parks and it is perfect for dining out. It is only noisy if you live near King George's Rd but otherwise it is very peaceful. Beverly Hills does not have many shopping options however Centro Roselands and Westfield Hurstville are extremely close. The biggest problem is the lack of parking near the centre of Beverly Hills which is almost non-existent.
