"Small village between One Mile Beach and Anna Bay"
Living part time in Boat Harbour (transitioning from Sydney) for just over 3 years. Glorious beaches, views and bush walks. Still very quiet but in the process of being discovered. Only a few minutes to Anna Bay for essentials and coffee. 10 minutes to Nelson Bay. Climate is always slightly cooler than Sydney in summer and slightly warmer than Sydney in winter. Kingsley Beach is a gem but loads of swimming and surfing choices all in one location. Bird life is amazing and the sky at night really something!
